Since we had skipped Belize on our Central America trip last year, it was top of the list and we were excited to finally hit Caye Caulker. We knew there wasn't much of a beach but we didn't care since we just wanted to chill with our friends. We rented "Casa Roja" (http://www.zekescasaroja.com/ ) which ended up being the perfect place on the quiet side of the island with an amazing 360 degree view from our rooftop. A week in Caye Caulker feels at least like a month anywhere else...which is exactly while we'll be back....besides fishing, laying on piers, reading and eating and one day of excitement (snorkeling with the Eagle Rays and Sharks) that's all there is to do...
