21 Aug, We left Kinsale after packing our  bags( which are getting heavier) in the car in a very narrow Street, we drove on the N71 to Skibbereen and Bantry were we stopped for sticky bun
and tea I would recommend Bantry a very nice place to visit, then the drive from Bantry to
Kenmare thru Glengarriff on to Killarney on the N71 was nothing short of spectacular, a little stop
at both Glengarriff and Moll's Gap were the Molly Gallinan's Cottage is and I bought a hickery walking stick (16euros) how I'm I going to get this home?? the views  from there are brilliant.
On reaching Killarney the weather for our drive was perfect lots of sunshine,we finaly found our Lime & Lemon B&B which is very nice with big rooms a god send after Kinsale, Judy the receptionist offered to do our washing at no charge,(I gave her 10euro) she also booked us into a good pub for food and Irish music called Danny Mann well we had a lovely meal and a few drinks
then at 9-30 the band started they were called Molly Maguires and they were brilliant they played
and sang for 2 and a half hours we got home at 12-15 after a great day and a even better evening.

22 Aug, We set of to do the Ring of Kerry at 9-15 after a nice breakfast we both the Ring of Kerry and the Ring of Skilleg both had spectacular views, we were lucky again with the weather it was fine but a bit cloudy at times we got back at 4-30 and did 137 miles.I would recommend this trip to western side of Ireland to anybody.
