the flights were with my least favourite airline - American - no food on either of the 5 hour flights - nothing particular to grumble about but they dont feel as good as BA or quantas. the good news is that the bags were transferred at LA sucessfully and were there for us at Honolulu.
The one piece of good news is that Julie saw the Hollywood sign today!
