The Korea Pavilion had a quite a large line to enter the cube shaped building.

First we are taken into a square hall. A movie is projected on all the walls beginning with the historic turtle ship and other historic naval fleets. They show how the Korean navy spread from the peninsula.

Then five traditionally dressed dancers will enter the hall and dance around the edges of where the audience had been asked to sit in the centre. They then randomly pick child volunteers from the audience.

Making a human chain with a dancer alternating between a child they then dance around the edges of the hall for a couple of times. The show then ends with the bewildered children wandering where their parents are. A bit like the Pied Piper of Hamelin stealing the kids it was fun nonetheless.

Next we are taken into a large domed hall like a planetarium and asked to sit in the middle. It was like camping and staring up at the night sky as the movie played on a wraparound 360 degree screen on the ceiling.

It shows koreans modern shipbuilding industry and the launching of a newly built tanker from the nearby Yeosu Port.

The Korea Pavilion was fun but had quite large public lineups.
