Aurora:
Vibrant rivers of green light have been running through the night sky recently.
Due to a solar storm, the aurora have been amazingly bright and beautiful - we are both almost dumbfounded by the view. Even when we have stood outside for so long that our necks are cramped from looking up and our fingers are painfully frozen stiff, we find it difficult to turn away and head to the warm indoors because we can't tear our eyes away.
