Rain rain rain. Every day we get up, look outside hoping for sun and see RAIN!
Sometimes monsoonal, sometimes with wind, sometimes just drizzle or mist (mizzle). At least it hasn't impared our swimming in the pool (why the close the beach during rain I"ll never know - complaints will be filed).
Everyday the weather forecast would predict "manana sol" but every tomorrow ended up being 'lueve'. It really put a damper on our spirits but often we would try to just carry on with our day anyways. Even if it meant walking around town soaked to the skin. My weather loving husband and I did enjoy seeing the ocean in it's fury. But after 10 our out of 14 days of rain, we had had enough of the tempests. Dominicans said the Ocean was acting out because it was jealous of the Sun.
