Well nearly the last of these blogs and I am sure you will all be happy to see the end of them as we will then be back to reality the same as everyone else!
Anyway, Pag is a very beautiful place and much like Dubrovnik in that it has the newer section of town and also an older castle like section with the narrow wandering streets that all lead to the centre square that is full of restaurants and cafe bars.
Unfortunately the beach is actually all white stones and luckily we found a beach that rented out sun lounges for the day as when we first arrived we thought we would brave it and lie on the rocks, very uncomfortable I can tell you but at least the water was beautiful and crystal clear and very refreshing after our 4 hour drive.
We found out when we left that there is another town on the island that everyone heads to to for partying at night and this was where they had the sun lounges and clubs up and down the "beach".
It looked like it would have been great fun but thems the breaks and off we headed towards Italy to make it back in time to catch our flight to Frankfurt for the last night of our amazing holiday!
We did catch an amazing sunset the first night at Pag and the photos are included. Definitely worth a trip and if you like lace apparently the town is renowned for their making of lace.
