Well the truth is finally revealed, our professors- Ladislav and Nina are married! Ha they always pick at each other and we could never tell if they were brother and sister or married... now we know. They've been married for 12 years... Ladislav said that teaching takes so much time and work, why not work with someone you want to see and be around all the time? They are soooo cute together, but like I have previously ranted about-- it's a little stressful because they don't teach us too much. However, I love them as people!

Tuesday:
Well Tuesday night we went bowling at this hotel and had to trek through these huge mountainous hills... it's been snowing a lot lately, so the ground was extra snowy and slick. It made for quite an interesting walk. A lot of people had to basically slide down the hill lol. We finally got there and the place was super extravagant. There were built in golf courses with virtual rooms like you were on the green, huge tennis courts, tons of squash courts, an amazing swimming pool, restaurants, a bowling area, tons of bars, and much more! Anyways the bowling area wasn't even opened yet, so we got the whole place to our self! They even served us food down there! I ordered this "grilled baked vegetable" dish hahaha.. and french fries. Everyone seems to always get my order wrong and they brought me some chicken dish and they had to take it back of course. When they finally brought me the veggies they were soooo soggy and mushy, it was disgusting! They never brought me the fries. Haha I have bad luck with food. Oh well at that point I had a horrid headache and just wanted to go home. Christine, Mandy, and I ended up leaving ourselves.

When we got back Mandy found out that her dog died! :( Rebeka just found our Monday that her's had died too... these girls were sooo attached to their dogs, it was so so so sad! So it's been a little emotional this week... for us all.

Wednesday:
So we are going to Vienna, Austria this weekend and it is ball season there... so we all wanted to try and go to a ball! Christine had the idea of getting some fabric and this cheap fabric store and roughly put together a gown. The idea was totally great except for the fact that I had this major amount of stress built up, and I'm overwhelmed with everything from this week (fashion class and such). Soooo I stood looking at the fabric pacing back and forth until we were out of time and had to leave to get ready for the Opera. Maybe I can just wear this dress I wore to the Opera from Free People or I can find something not too expensive in Vienna.

The Opera was amazing!!! I even rented the fancy Opera glasses (binoculars). I got some pretty good photos of the performance. The translation was at the top of the stage, which was hilarious because the translating makes it sound so awkward. anyways after the Opera we went to this fancy cafe and got some desert. I got this intense hot chocolate and the # 13 cake haha. They had so many deserts to choose from or you could go look at the cakes in the case and pick one from there... so that's what I did. The yellow one looked like it could be icing and yummy so number 13 was the one I chose. It was rum cake!... and strong too! haha it was in interesting surprise, but I liked it. :) Something that is so crazy to me is that water is more expensive than beer! And that is everywhere in the Czech Republic! Plus they give you such a small amount its not even worth it... pretty much same goes with any soft drinks too. It's pretty funny. I don't know how these people stay hydrated!

After the Opera we went to take the tram back because the metro stops running after midnight. We've been taking the tram more lately, and I actually kind of like it because you get to actually see more of Prague. Anyways so we are waiting outside forever for our 51 tram and it's mad snowing... super cold. This hobo we are standing beside, decked out in complete camouflage, looks to us and shakes this huge water bottle at us and says "YOU WANT SOME WHISKEYYY??"-- it was sooooo hilarious. Surprisingly he knew English and say "byyye" when he got on his tram. What a kind man. Kendall said she saw him today wish his same get-up and a dog! Oh dear I hope it's his dog.

Today:
In class we started making our pattern for our garments, which is cool...except I read the cm ruler wrong the whole time haha. The marks were off and it confused me... of course. Anyways after all my classes today we went to this fashion show! It was lots of fun, I took 312 photos haha! It was a decade show, the screen had tons of idols from America and all American music, it was pretty great. I'm in studio now just chillin with everyone, made some pizza earlier haha-- it was okay but also had a throw-up taste in it at times lol. Tonight we are going to the "Shitting Cat" to have some some drinks with Art because he is moving back to the states this weekend and we will be gone to Vienna! The name of this place is hilarious, it's some local bar that is supposed to be pretty cool... it shall be fun. Who knows what will go down after wards, but we're off to Vienna in the morn! Yayyy I'm so excited! :)
