It's good to know that in Prague you better eat dinner at the regular hour and not wait till 10 at night... because nothing (except McDonald's and KFC) are open! Haha so we walked around forever and ended up just taking the tram to town square and eating at McDonalds... didn't really have many options so I just ate some random shit... and it sure was shit too. Yuck! Grocery stores even close about 7/8pm So that's lesson #538: If it's late, you probably aren't going to get any legitament food... and to get anything you are going to have to travel a little ways.

Anyways a bunch of us went to the mall today... it was nice because today was the first time I actually got to go shopping! I got a case for my iPod, some Diesel perfume, 2 earings (one for my teagus and one for my cartliage), a really cute small leather black purse, and some speckled brown trousers... and it was only about $150 USD!!... crazy because everything was priced so well! I really wanna go back sometime. I saw this superrrrr cute Lacoste kicks that were only about 1300-1500 CZK... I keep looking for those jazz/ saddle shoes, but they are so hard to find!

Last night Christine and I were all set on going to eat at this italian restaurant that had Gypsy music, but then when we went in the hallway to see when they were all leaving, they had already left us! Ha so we figured we would just find somewhere to eat and meet up with them at the reggae bar. We ended up finding the reggae bar that they were going to and it had a restaurant too!... with even some vegetarian options. So we went there... I'm still getting used to the fact that most east establishments, malls, shops... everywhere allow you to bring your dog! Some places even have a menu for dogs.. haha. Anyways after eating we wandered over to the reggae bar (Palac Akropolis), there was a band packing up and a few ladies selling tradional easter eggs, teapots, and other things they handmade. There were some really neat rings made out of wires, but I couldn't find one that fit me right, or that I really liked a lot... so as I was looking at them the lady stood there and made me one! So of course I bought it and it was super sweet too! Anyways on to the bar section (this place was huge, had a 30 CZK cover... but so many rooms)! The first room was okay and there were some middle-aged ladies dancing-- they were totally awesome, it made me wanna dance. However, I wasn't feeling the reggae vibes, or not the music anyways... it was definitely a 'cool local hangout' spot though. The next room is really where all the jammin' and bongo-beatin was going on. The music had the best Bob Marley feel (even though they didn't play Bob)... we swayed around and danced to the music... and of course with the 2 ladies too! Haha these women were great, we even got a little cha-cha train circle going around on the small dance floor.

Oh also, on the way to Akropolis there is this huge TV tower with giant babies crawling up and down it and all around it... it is sooooo creepy! Then we stumbled upon this brick wall with giant pandas painted all over it, this was such a creepy-kid feeling... totally weirded-out.

I'm so excited... this week is full of fun stuff! Well Sunday is the Superbowl that we are all staying up to watch at a sports bar (it doesn't start here till 1am!!), monday I start my yoga class, Wednesday we are going to an Opera, Thursday we are going to a Ballet, and this weekend a bunch of us are going to Vienna, Austria! Yayy I'm super excited!
