After crossing into Victoria from South Australia our plan was to spend a day driving and walking in the Grampians National Park. Unfortunately after detouring a couple of hundred km's and driving 50km down a side road we got to a 'road closed’ sign. Apparently the road all the way through was shut due to storm damage. They did leave a useful UHF number in case we wanted more information!

So we headed south with our heads hanging ready to start the Ocean Road the next day.
