On our last day here in Vegas, having a rest in hotel, having walked around the bellagio was our favourite casino, absolutely massive and so classy. Cathie and Kerrie I traced our footsteps and remembered our fun time from 4 yrs ago. We did a tour to the Hoover Dam and Grand Canyon huge day 14 hr bus trip but so worth it. The people on the bus loved our accent hacan you believe! thought Gary sounded like Mick Dundee and of course he played that one to the hilt. Last night went downtown, our favourite place. Saw the overhead lightshow and a couple of really good free bands. Had Newcastle beer in Irish pub in New York, New York in Vegas. We are staying one steet back off the strip, $29 per night and Gary happy as!!! King size bed, TV and a 2L bottle of burbon. Better than Mudgee.
