We got in yesterday afternoon and explored the house. We went to dinner at Cuzzins, which was good. Tim and I like local food so it was a good fit. I had fried plantains, green bananas, local stuffing (mashed sweet potato, raisins) and fungi. It was all good but the best were the fried plantains and the fungi. Timmy had a seafood stew made from scallops, shrimps, conch and lobster over pasta. The conch and lobster were locally caught. He also had a white sweet potato and red beans and rice. I loved the beans and rice (they call them peas and rice here).
