We moved onto our next National Park, which was massive, It was off highway 60 again, down Cobb Road, to Cobb Resevoir, it took us 3 hours to get here!!! It was approx 28KM of gravel, but the drive was stunning, we were getting happier and happier the closer we got to it, and when we arrived it was the most gorgoeus setting, it was lovely, but for the next day it rained and rained, Baz still went for a walk in the rain upto Peel Ridge, which he said was a gorgeous walk, but when he got back the river had risen s much and the fiels bogged up, that we drove upto the hut where some people were staying to ask for advice, they said if you leave now you wont get flooded in but we cant say that wont happen tomorrow, so off we went again, along the gravel road, in the pouring down rain, the water was pouring out of the mountains, and then we turned a corner and the road was fill of rocks, that had fallen from the mountain, so we got out and cleared the rocks away and off we went, we booked into a campsite this night, as poor Baz was freezing after his walk in the rain, we stayed just outside Richmond.
