With Alex in Vancouver for such a short time we had to spend the day showing him the city.
We walked over the Cambie bridge to Yale town. Met Winnie for lunch at a little Japanese cafe then wandered around gas town. We checked out the main shopping St then walked to Granville bridge to catch the ferry across (a 2 minute trip) to Granville island. A full day of walking!! Granville island is full of food and craft markets so we picked up some tasty treats and headed to Marks dads yacht for dinner. Winnie and Mark joined us once they finished work and we all enjoyed a few glasses of red before we wandered back to the apartment for bed!
