While Dane's family had visited us in Thailand (his parents once, and his brother twice!), my family has been unable to do so, so I hadn't seen them in over 2 years! While our time in Asia has sort of flown by for me, I do miss my family and friends tremendously. It was quite exciting to walk out of the gates at the airport and see my mom and sister's smiling faces. And my lovely cousin, Liz, and her sweet husband, Matt, surprised me and met us out for a reunion dinner that night. We reminisced, caught up, and laughed till we cried.

At the time of writing this, I've been home almost a week now. It's been wonderful catching up and not feeling too rushed. The weather here has been fantastic so my mom and I have been working in her yard and taking long walks.

Anyway, I guess that's all my news for now. We'll be bouncing around a lot trying to visit everyone, but I'll try to keep this updated. I hope you are all doing well and I will get to see you soon!
