Just little ol me again. I hit my funky old hotel about 9pm.  After being stuck way too long on my last flight after a transfer at Minneapolis with a guy next to me that drank wine like a fish.  I managed to GPS myself to a Subway not long after I arrived to find something to eat.

Up early next morning and my phone came in handy hunting down a Starbucks.  Luckily this city has heaps of them!  Go you, San Fran!  I had my bus loops all pre-paid for, so once I found where to get my tickets I knew I didn't have much time.  After having a quick walk around, I jumped on the Golden Gate loop and went over to Sausalito and back.  It’s like a whole different country over there.   Blue skies and nice weather.  I forgot to mention that as soon as I hit San Fran I froze my arse off!  I even put the goddamn heater on in the hotel the previous night.  But mind you, I did find New Jersey was getting on the cooler side.  Birds everywhere here too!

After I did one loop I stopped for lunch, fush n chups bro!  There is a lot of homeless here but they are freaking funny because they are really creative about getting money.  This guy basically just scared the crap outta unsuspecting passersby.  Then he forgot at one stage what he was doing and staggered up the middle of the road (with cars dodging him).  Think he was off his trolley.  No.  I’m certain he was off his trolley.

I hit the line to Alcatraz after walking along the main drag of Fisherman’s Wharf.  I was getting a bit paranoid over at Alcatraz that I wouldn’t make the 5pm boat back for my flight home.  Alcatraz is super interesting but I didn’t really have enough time on there.  I did get one of those 'I escaped from Alcatraz' pics, but chose not to post it here.   I look like shit.  Back at hotel at 6pm and a shuttle took me off to the airport.  I kind of wish that I had more time in San Francisco as there was a lot I didn’t get to check out.  Maybe another time, if that ever happens.  But I did find it really interesting.  Back on the big metal bird at 9ish and I’m going home finally!  Good bye America!  OK, just one more blog post and I’ll be outta everyone’s hair for good!  Unless of course I do a Baa-aza special or something.

Catcha in NZ!  SWEET AZ!
