I find the high rises funny here. You wouldn't get that in Nelson. Maybe across the road but no way would they build on the beach like that. This photo is rather amusing. They are all looking for shark's teeth apparently.
We grabbed a meal down the road and then off to bed. I had yet another bad insomnia night and found myself wide awake at 4am. So I sat outside for a while. Temp recording on my phone was 36c. This place is lit up like a Christmas tree at night too. I seen a guy ride past on a bike. Found that rather amusing because if anyone was riding a bike at that time of the morning in NZ they would probably be drunk off their trolley and not getting much riding done.
Got the giggles over an advert on the telly. "We love shagging! Come down and learn how to shag y’all!" ..Kathy didn’t find it amusing.

The gOld Coats here is all high rise like your picture, kind of sad because it shadows out certain times of day.
