finally got to go up the Ionian Coast of Albania. Not by choice however. Was at the bus station at 5:30am when found out unfortunately the bus to Korca did not exist. Had the choice of going to Elbasan for 5 hours or back up the coast to Tirana for 9 hours. Decided to go up the infamous coast, take my chances, and go from the capital to Macedonia. At least I would be able to take in the beautiful Llogaraja Pass. 9 hours is a lot of time esp when you stay awake instead of sleeping. By the time I got to Tirana, decided to stay the night and head out next morning for Macedonia.
