I've been chairing the prep of this event for about 2 months.. few months ago.. Ive presented the concept.. and it went smooth and right away got an approval plus additional budget.. fiuh.. was really excited!!!!... Coming up with a theme is one thing.. but trying to accommodate 20 different managers from various of ages... who at the same time want different things..not to mention they are all a damn perfectionist.... well.. that is not an easy thing.. I must seriously find a good balance of work and play... Thank God I've got a perfect team helping me..

For the prep before the D day, Ive arranged some of my team went to Yogya via train.. it took around 12 hours.. Was intrigued to go with them.. but i realize we cannot all just MIA from the office.. yeah... sometime I forgot this is not a holiday.. this is still work.. hahaha..... I ended up went there by plane.. taking Garuda flight...

We spent a night at Kartika plaza hotel before departing to Cangkringan resort... our final destination for the event.. located near Merapi mountain, a beautiful mountain in Yogya. We shopped for the event around Pasar bringharjo (Bringharjo wet market) for some stuff for the event... and checked the venue around the keraton (the place of the Yogya royal family lives).. we checked the menu in Gudeg Yuk Jum... yummy... Oya.. for those who doesn't know.. Gudeg is traditional food from Yogya.. it taste very sweet but yummy.... Since I cannot cook.. so i really don't know what's in it.. hahaha.. I'm sorry.. will do more research and report back to you...
