All in all one can consider the day a success as we drove through the whole of Missouri, little corner of Kansas (the Route 66 runs for 13 miles in Kansas :)) and made it by nightfall to a motel in smallish Vinita, Oklahoma. The place was SUPERB! For the three of us we got for 40 bucks a classical motel room and a night with 30 degrees celcius outside temperature. While drinking beer in front of the motel we discussed situations that have risen amongst us and got to the understanding that each of us has really different expectations from this trip. Thus we took a time-out and tried to find solutions that fit everyone the best.
