After sleeping in, the girls checked out every Twilight souvenir shop in Forks. They found lots of things they couldn't live without! We then went to the Forks Hospital for a photo op with Dr. Cullen's reserved parking space.

After all that Twilight, we were ready for some more nature, so we headed out to 2nd Beach in La Push. Like 3rd Beach, this beach is only accessible from a trail through evergreen forests. It's hard to imagine another beach as untouched and beautiful as 3rd beach, yet there it was. Spectacular rock formations included an arch cut out by the sea. Two sea otters swam close enough for us to watch them as they fished. The girls climbed out onto one of the rock cliffs accessible only during the low tide and found and photographed huge star fish & colonies of sea anemones.

Tomorrow we'll spend our last day here in Hoh Rain Forest.
