We ended up meeting Keith in the Amsterdam airport.  (His flight was late, ours was early, and he contacted me by text message).  We ate at the airport then took a train to downtown Amsterdam.  Although I had planned to take the tram to our hostel, we ended up walking.  (It was about a half hour walk).  We arrived at the hostel at 11:10, and were all in bed by 11:30.
  After breakfast this morning we walked back to the train station, stopping at the Subway I successfully located when we were in Amsterdam 7 weeks ago.  Everything went smoothly at the airport and we boarded our KLM flight to Calgary.
  Here in Calgary we are simply waiting for our connecting flight back to Saskatoon.
  Our trip is over.
