Hi Everyone! Little time with rough internet connection...We arrived Friday after traveling 27 hours!!!! It was supposed to be a 9 hr trip on improved roads, but our car broke down tzice and we finally had to be towed 3km from Bayanga...that`s of course after spending the night in the car on the road. I guess it was my time to break down since I had made the trip successfully 6 times before.
Stayed @ Doli Lodge for a few nights before finding our house. House is good w/ 3 bedrooms, salon, and outdoor kitchen. We had a nice fence built around our yard and other improvements. Found wonderful nanny and housekeeper/cook. We couldn`t do it without them. Kids are great! They love it! They love eating their gozo/manioc. Thank god!!!! Aanae had her 3rd birthday party at doli lodge. We ordered her a cake, blew up balloons, and strung streamers. She very much enjoyed her party.
Tom's taking it day by day. A lot to get used to. He says he can't believe I ever did this on my own. This morning we're dealing with red ants in the kitchen!!!
I'll try to get Tom to post pictures and be back on as soon as we can. But know that we're all great! It's been a great homecoming! Thanks for all the messages you've sent. We miss you tons.
And Carolyn, don't worry. Plenty of room for you in the house...Melissa and family too...we can't wait to see other familiar faces this summer.
Much love! Lesley

We Miss You All
Love the pictures. The kids still ask about Aanae. The kids love the picture. Everyone loved the pictures. Darrion wants to visit Aanae. He's serious about coming. Evan's pictures are too cute, he's a charmer. Oh, I can't forget this...Dujuan says, 'Holler'.

Sorry about the little black box. I know how it is to limp along with just one. Apparently you have good internet access, grate! Butt! Less lizards, more nae-nae

Happy Birthdays to all.
Since I missed two birthdays of your family and soon to have another one this is a group HAPPY BIRTHDAY--cards to be placed in a basket that you will receive when you get home. Letters are so interesting. I must send them to my friend Ouida who lives in Douala, which is on your map. My love to all. Billye and Papaw Joe.
