Where I stayed
Well, we made it into Japan!
I'm feeling more awake now, so this this will be more coherent than the garbled post I had attempted to make (and deleted by accident) last night, lol.
Japan is VERY busy. There are sooooooo many people, everywhere, all at once. Lots of people out walking (sometimes in the middle of the street!) and riding their bikes. Also, there are lots of men in business suits everywhere (Mom says they freak her out, hahaha).
We went walking around the streets of Kanda last night, which is where our hotel is at. We even managed to find a restaurant that served spaghetti, but we got a little lost while doing it. We kept having to go into convenience stores to ask for directions (we had the name of the restaurant written out, and I would point to it and ask: "Doko desu ka?" which means "Where is...?"). Mom and I had a hilarious time confusing people with our English, haha.
