Prawn & Pasta Recipe.
Fry in veg oil/olive oil -- 1 clove garlic chopped, 1 red & 1 green capsicum cut into strips
1 zucchini cut in strips
4-5 tbsp fresh basil leaves and 2 tbsp parsley chopped
add 500 g raw prawns
add 1 tin crushed tomatoes
pepper & salt and 75 ml white wine plus 250 g ribbon pasta cooked in salted water first.
Tuesday cool day painted a scene of Tallebudgera creek Ange and girls came over in the afternoon. Went to sons Michael & Sherree's place Tuesday night, lovely place on the canal.
Wednesday going to lunch with ex work colleague and friend Colleen and Bruce to Coollangatta Surf Club.
Tomorrow leaving and going to Rainbow Beach this is north of Noosa on the Sunshine Coast.
