Labour weekend has arrived and there's no better time to gather a few buddies, head up the country and have a major party....with some sight-seeing in between!
Left work early, picked up the rental car (a 260bhp dream machine!), Michelle and Sian and hit the road for Ohakune. Dropped by Palmy for Steve and off we went.

Arrived at Ohakune in time to grab a takeaway pizza and meet in Seamus' room for cards and drinks. On Saturday we decided to head out on the town and the following day we took in the amazing sights including some film locations for the Lord of the Rings movies.

Roll on Christmas when we take a month off to travel the North Island :)
