When we arrived here from Brisbane it was pretty late and we went straight to the hostel. We heard the diving was good here and thought we'd dive Julian rocks before heading south towards Sydney. Byron was a nice place with a great beach if it wasn't for all the pretentious people "finding themselves" with their firesticks etc etc etc.....

We decided against the diving when we heard the conditions at South West Rocks were perfect. It was one or the other as we were running out of time to get down the country and catch our flights to New Zealand.
