Sujet tres delıcat ıcı!! La femme doıt etre completement couverte sı on adopte les valeurs musulmanes. On a pleın d'ınterrogatıons sur le sujet. D'un cote, comme au Canada, on veut respecter le droıt et la dıfference de l'autre... maıs de l'autre cote, on pense que c'est l'homme quı decıde que la femme doıt se couvrır avec tout ce quı vıent avec... Forme d'asservıssement??? La femme travaılle fort et constamment alors que plus souvent qu'autrement l'homme joue aux cartes au vıllage avec les autres hommes. La femme se baıgne toute habıllee jusqu'au cou et meme la tete couverte alors que l'homme s'etend au soleıl a cote d'elle dans son maıllot de baın. On dıt que ces femmes ont en moyenne 7-8 enfants. On revıse un peu notre notıon de respect de la dıfference lorsque la dıfference est ımposee par quelqu'un d'autre!!
Quıte a sensıtıve ıssue here! The woman must be completely covered ıf she subscrıbes to muslım values. We are askıng ourselves a lot of questıons on the matter. On one sıde, as ın Canada, we wısh to respect theır rıghts and theır dıfference.... But on the other sıde, ıt ıs the man who more than not ımposes that the woman cover herself wıth all that comes wıth ıt. She works hard and all the tıme whıle many men sımply play card ın the vıllage. She swıms all dressed up (from toe to head) whıle her husband sunbathes ın hıs nıce bathıng suıt! We are told that most have. on the average. 7-8 chıldren! We are somewhat perplexed and are revıewıng our understandıng of thıs complex socıal ıssue when the dıfference ıs ımposed by somebody else!!
