On the 13/12, we relaxed a bit more on the beach in Quintero (we will re-think the second part to insert more free time to relax) before getting the bus back to Santiago for one night.
On the 14/12, we started a big trip from Santiago to Mendoza, then the night bus to BA. Finally in the morning, we took the ferry to Colonia, in Uruguay.
Colonia is a nice little town by the sea. It reminds me of some villages in the south of France. There are loads of flowers and trees everywhere and there is just a really calming atmosphere. The old part of town is lovely with a lighthouse you can visit. There are some old houses and streets are paved. It is really cute and we enjoyed strolling on the sea side.
