That was a long trip!! Dublin-London-Mexico City-Cancun..Thankfully, we caught up on some movies we hadnīt watched without needing to compromise, I watched the chick flicks and Sean watched Indiana Jones and some other stuff. We were pretty knackered when we arrived at midnight  in Cancun where we were greeted by all kinds of dodgy reps trying to put us in a taxi.

We originally wanted to visit Cancun a bit in the morning, but that all went out of the window and we chose to relax by the pool instead. There was nobody in the hotel apart from one other couple. Low season has its advantages! We went for a little walk, not too far as we were pretty lazy that day. By the end of the day Sean had already finished his first book (and wrecked all of the corners) and exchanged it for another one in the hotel's library. Time for us to leave Cancun and start our real Yucatan tour in Valladolid.
