We got in from Decin the night before and the group made me walk back to the apartment instead of taking a cab.

My legs are aching and my back hurts, I am looking forward to a leisurely stroll in Prague. Nothing too physical. A visit to Prague Castle and walk along Mala Strana sounds good. We had slept in after that tiring day the day before but Ms Pan insists on the Changing of the Guard and tries to get us walking quickly. We had to walk about 10 min to get to the tram station that will take us to Mala Strana . And when we got on the tram, we were told that we cant buy tickets on the tram. Ms Pan made us all get down the tram and then bought tickets and then we off again.

Yikes, Mala Strana is a cobbled street UPWARDS and my aching muscles are tested again as we walked up Mala Strana towards Prague Castle. Thank goodness for the shops along the way as it made the walk more bearable. Ms Pan gives up on this meandering group as it doesnt look like we are going to make the Changing of the Guard.

But we did make it in time but the crowd has swelled and we can't see much unless we climb a tree ,  a pole or something. But the uniforms of the guards dont look impressive. The pale blue looks dull and the uniform looks ill-fitted on the soldier. Hmmm nothing beats the red dashing changing of guards in Buckingham Palace.

We make our way towards Strahov Monastery as we were told that it offers the best view of the city. Another climb and I accidently dropped my bag. I can't bend down but hey I am so good with my hiking stick that I can pick the bag up without bending.

Found a lovely cafe that offers a seat with the scene to kill . I am not walking anymore. I ordered my wine and enjoyed the lovely scenery while the rest explored the Monastery. After my wine, cake and a lovely strawberry cheesecake, we make our way down and crossed Charles Bridge over to the other side of the city.

We ended up in Klub Latva again to enjoy the breath taking sunset over Charles Bridge. I am enjoying Prague...
