Early the next morning, the sky cleared and a beautiful sunrise was set to appear over the Indian Ocean. What we missed in Mossel Bay was set to appear here in Jeffrey's Bay.

We got ready for the great breakfast , our last Bacon and eggs breakfast as the other places did not provide this first meal of the day. Sharon didn't disappoint as the breakfast spread was really good and of course the breakfast conversation was about how disappointing the England team was. Well, I gave up on England last World Cup, so I wasn't half as disappointed as the boys, I guess.

It was another 5 hours drive to Swellendam, so we left early but took a drive to Jeffrey Bay's town and stop by a Billabong outlet . Bought some Jeffrey Bay's Billabong tees( half the price from back home) . and it was bye bye Jeffrey Bay. No supertubes though.

We reached Wildeberry Farm just before 4 pm and got into the reception area and there were the chutney, jams and liquer tasting. We were shown Rose Cottage and it was like picture from one of my Enid Blyton books - a white washed cottage with a rose bush ( though there were hardly any roses because its winter), a lovely pond, horses on the side , a lovely valley view and hey a dog to boot. The kids love the dog and it started following us everywhere.

On our way back, the sun was setting over the valley and it was just breath taking. Chris said this is the loveliest place that we have stayed in this trip and I must really agree with him. We came home to the dog greeting us and wanting to follow us in doors. It was such a lovely night, cool with clear skies , brilliant stars and a full moon.

After dinner, we got the fire going. It was just so cozy and warm. We went out to enjoy the cool night breeze and look up at the stars. We were really falling in love with S.Africa.
