No traffic jams today. Let me tell you,
Gainesville could learn a bunch from
Wichita Falls, Texas. Wichita Falls has one of the highest numbers of freeway miles of any comparable city in the U.S. Traffic flows freely and rapidly throughout the city. Don't let anyone tell you that you can't build your way out of traffic congestion. On the way out of town we stopped to take a photo of the falls. It is pretty impressive for such a tiny river. In
Lafayette, we ate at the Blue Dog Cafe. It is a Cajun restaurant. I had andouille sausage and it was great. This restaurant was filled with the art of George Rodrigue who is from Louisiana and is famous for his paintings of blue dogs.
