On Sunday morning, Jonathan caught the same stomach flu that Elena had the Friday before, and on the plane ride home he was sick as a dog the entire way. He probably threw up about 20 or so times. What fun! He was finally feeling better and able to hold down food by the time Elena and Jonathan arrived in Montreal. Unfortunately, motion sickness caused by a rough landing made him lose his lunch one last time.

The Spain trip had been so eventful. Full of discovery, fun, learning, and yes, pain and stress too. But it was still a vacation because it was totally different from everyday life in Montreal. The food in Spain was wonderful. There was so much construction, with cranes dotting the landscape everywhere. Spaniards really new how to party and have fun, filling the streets at every possible occasion. Still, it was nice to be home.
