Today I spent the day wandering around Lovina, I went onto the beach and was hassled by some sellers, one even asking me to please buy a t-shirt as business is bad for her and she has to support her 3 kids since her husband died 3 months ago (i wasn't sure whether this was true or not but I didn't have the money to spend and there wasn't any t-shirts that i liked). I then met a german girl on the beach called Sara, about the only other person besides myself not in a couple. She was on holiday in Bali for 2 weeks. After a brief chat with her I got roped into playing football on the beach with a bunch of 8 year old boys, it was pretty good fun, but they stopped playing after 5 minutes! So I then continued to chat with her and after I chilled out on the beach whilst she went for a swim. After we went back to hers (no its not what you think!) and had a couple of beers, she got changed and we went and got some food and drink at my local favourite restaurant; the Spice bar (found on the beach)
Today I was going to leave Lovina to head south, but i left it a bit late at, at 12pm I wanted to go but public transport was difficult to get and the owner of the hotel said I could get the shuttle bus tommorow morning so I agreed as I quite like Lovina, so staying an extra day wouldn't be so bad. I wasn't looking forward to taking the public bus south anyway and it was pretty cheap to take the shuttle bus in the morning. So I had a day to kill in Lovina, the weather was great so I decided to take a tour of GitGit waterfalls and the hotsprings near Lovina. I went with my tour guide to GitGit, which was pretty cool, quite similar to the waterfalls of Gunung Gede
