Where I stayed
Various RV Parks
On Nov. 11, Larry & Shirley took their rig in to be fixed, since the part was now at the RV Repair Shop. We watched Molly while they took it in but it only took them a couple of hours, if that. When they got back, we all went to Costco. When we got back from Costco, we went over to Nola and Stuarts for a nice dinner and goodbyes. We have enjoyed our 11 days with them and will miss them.
On Nov 12, we are on the road again. We traveled from Jacksonville, Florida, to DeFuniak Springs, Florida and stayed at Sunset King Lake Resort. On Nov. 13, we traveled from DeFuniak Springs, Florida, to Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and stayed at the Baton Rouge KOA.
On Nov. 14, we traveled from Baton Rouge to Spring, Texas where we stayed at Rayford Crossing RV Park. When we got to Spring, Texas, we went to a Mexican Food restaurant by the RV Park. This is the last night we will be with Larry and Shirley as they are staying in Spring for a couple of days to see Larry's brother. We are moving on to Midland to see Monroe, Sharon and Aunt Vee.
The morning of Nov. 15, we got up early to hit the road. Larry, Shirley and Molly came out to say one last goodbye. We will miss them. We have been traveling with hem for over 100 days and it's been great. We traveled from Spring to Abilene, Texas, and stayed at Abilene RV Park. A little close to the freeway but convenient. Tomorrow, we will be in Midland.
