Where I stayed
Cape Cod Campground
OK, we really didn't think this place was the greatest. Maybe it was the weather (foggy & cold) or the tour guide (couldn't understand him & we saw most everything at about 45 mph) or because it is off season (not much activity). So, those of you that love it (and a lot of people in the area said it was great), we apologize but somehow we are missing something. I wouldn't go back. Kaptain said Catalina has much more to offer.
We started out driving just a few miles from the campground and boarding the Island Queen to go to Martha's Vineyard. In case you didn't know this, it's an island.
We did see Gay Head Lighthouse, the entrance gate to Jackie Onassis' home, the beach where Jaws was filmed and had a nice lunch in town. That's about it.
After our visit to Martha's Vineyards, we went back to the RV and got ready to leave the next day for Connecticut.
