We got a little tour of the area by Rick & Flo.  We went to a swap meet.  We are getting the best fruits and vegetables on our trip!  There are fruit/vegetable stands all over.  At the swap meet, we got some beautiful tomatoes, peaches, homemade pickles and Amish bread.  After going to the swap meet, we went out in the middle of nowhere to a Harley Davidson store in Gowanda.    I mean we were really out in the country and 'lo and behold, there was a beautiful, huge Harley Davidson store. 

Side comment:  In case you are wondering why we keep stopping at Harley Davidson places and we don't even have a motorcycle, the rest of the people we are traveling with DO ride.  They each have Harley's.  BUT they are great places we have visited, even though we don't have a motorcycle.

Next, we went back and got Flo (who had to go to a hair appointment) and off we went to see Lake Erie, up close.  We have a view of Lake Erie from Rick & Flo's beautiful 15 acre property but we wanted to see it up close.  It was a windy day and there were white caps...ON A LAKE!  We saw a windsurfer (just like we have in the Pacific Ocean).

It was a FUN DAY!   But tomorrow (Sept. 9) will be exciting.  We are going to Canada to see NIAGARA FALLS!  Can't wait!
