We spent the day, doing the tour and then the behind the scenes tour, before taking the walk through the plantation to the Burrial site of Jefferson.
In the afternoon we moved to Fredericksburg, which is the last hotel before we return to New York tomorrow. We make the journey tomorrow morning to Ronald Regan airport at Washington DC before heading on the underground to catch the Amtrak train to New York.
