The day has periodic white-out dust storms all afternoon.
The evening is supposed to have a 'spaceship launch'. We head out in a duststorm. Sit on the Playa for 2 hours (from 9-11pm) waiting for the event to start. I'm tired, dusty and uncomfortable...not to mention bored. I head back to the motorhome and Joe decides to join me.
Vinny stays behind and gets to see the eventual firework show around midnight
