Majestic, Glorious, Breathtaking.... all have new meaning. Last night after driving the longest leg of our trip inside South Africa, we arrived at Alluvia. We are staying in a 3 bedroom house on the vinyard (see pics!) and were greeted by a private chef who cooked dinner for us in our house. We had a traditional South African sunday dinner. Fantastic! Today we will explore the wine routes. We enjoyed the town of Stellenbosch, the market, the "medicine" man...(not sure what medicine but it looked like you should smoke it!???) Rad had a great time bargaining with the sellers! The boys got in a game of soccer in a grassy spot in the middle of town and we had a beautiful lunch -Italian! HAVE I MENTIONED... THE FOOD, EVERYWHERE WE HAVE BEEN HAS BEEN STELLAR!!!? We have eaten so well and for a great price.
