Hello everyone~ Greetings From Tibet!!
I can not believe I am here....it is amazing!
but, VERY HARD TO BREATH- Lhasa is nestled at a mere 12,000 feet!!! taking it slow and low, lots of herbs, water, and circualtory breathing- gonna take a bit to get acclimated, especially before hiking around the Himalayas!
Today I flew over the most incredible mountain ranges where peaks where poking through the clouds and below were the most lucious green vallys with snaking waterways everywhere- it was breath taking! I sat next to a little Tibetan boy. We drew pitctures in my journal and stared out the window at the complete awesomeness below- I felt more like the 8 year old than him!

I was greeted by Jason and Leigh upon arriving to Lhasa and visited their most adorable traditional Tibetian style home- radiant with color and so intricately decorated, just like the city of Lhasa. I will send photos for the last few days when I have time to upload them- its expensive to use the computers here- oh, and everything is in Chinese so I have no idea what I am writing- hence the horable spelling and typos!!!

Ok- have to rest up - I am going on assignment with Jason tommorow- and if you all haven't heard because he's so humble- its a photo shoot for NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC!!

Love to all- will be in touch soon- send emails!

black cat
I can't ignore the irony of the picture of the black cat under the ladder...i don't find myself to be a superstitious person, but that's just too weird!
