Today we head off to the Salamanca Markets...stopping to have a lighter breakfast and of course a great coffee!!!  We wander the streets for about 2 hours looking at the vast array of goods and produce.  We buy a few small things and then head off to pick up our hire car as we are off south tomorrow to Woodbridge after visiting the Huon area and Tahune Airwalk.
There are small pockets of snow high up on Mt Wellington and we are hoping there will be more by the time we get back here in two weeks. As it's too misty we decide to leave the drive up there until then.

We take a drive over the Tasman Bridge to Rosny Park and then onto the Moorilla Wines & Moo Brew Microbrewery, where we have a lovely lunch.  What a spot, overlooking the Derwent River which is as calm as a millpond.  It is drizzling a little today but it hasn't stopped us from enjoying ourselves.  We take ourselves off to the Cadbury Factory to find we have stayed too long at Moorilla and it's closed...oops nevermind...will come again at the end of our trip.
We head back to the city and briefly call into Wrest Point Casino for a look around.
It is overlooking Sandy Bay, a lovely part of the city.  It gets dark here early and by the time we get back to the wharf, about 5.30pm it's totally dark.
We finish the day off with a delicious meal at "Mures" Seafood Restaurant near our wharf accommodation after watching the All Blacks play France in Union...
......more to come - might be a few days...we are slowly starting to unwind...

Hi guys

Am glad you're probably not stinky any more.. although maybe you are if you have 'unwound'?
Good to see you're having a great time. Have a few beers for us and don't worry, cold and dismal here too right now.
Love, Andy
