Where I stayed
Baton Rouge KOA
We left Florida this morning about 8am. Stopped just inside of Louisiana for lunch one of the nicest road side parks I have seen. It looked more like a Plantation. You could tell it was Saturday and football season as we came through the state. The cars were bumper-to-bumper headed to the Baton Rouge and the LSU game.
The KOA we stayed at was older and getting into the sites dare I say was a bit of a challege. Our sites were so close the slides almost touched. We'll think twice about staying here again unless they can get us into one of the more normal sites.

Hi Shirley,
Did I ever tell you that my mother was Miss Baton Rouge in 1943?
And my mom was Miss Savannah Beach back in 195x ... don't know what year for sure ... 1957 or 58, I think! :)
