On Wednesday, we arrived at Camp Hatteras RV Resort on a warm and beautiful day. Our sites look out over the ocean! We keep saying it can't get any better, but it does. Larry got out the grill and put some steaks on. What a life!

After the weeks of going to lots of museums and big cities it was nice to be in area that has pretty much closed for the season. We have a few days to take in the sites and relax on the beach.

Thursday, we drove over to Kitty Hawk to visit the Wright Brothers museum. There we learned how they made and flew the first airplane. We had a late lunch at the Sugar Creek Restaurant overlooking the sound on the west side of the Cape. We all ordered fish. Going to miss all the fresh fish. Came back to the RV and did some laundry, took a nap, and then headed to the beach for happy hour.

Got up early this morning to take Molly out and enjoyed this wonderful sunrise.
