We are now in West Chester, PA.

Since there was a chance of rain today, we decided this would be a good day to go to the Harley Davidson Factory in York, PA.  We took off at about 7:30 so that we could stop at Cracker Barrel (this is Larry K's favorite place for breakfast).  We were thinking that since it was a Wednesday and the off season that there might not be alot of people, silly us.  Had to wait about an hour to go into the plant.  Oh well, that gave us an hour to play around with the bikes and shop in the store. Oh darn!  The plant tour was very interesting. You actually get to be on the floor and see how they put the bikes together.  In about 2 hours they put a bike together, but it takes them 12 hours to paint one.  It was also lots of fun to sit on some of the bikes.  They are not going to be building anymore sidecars so if you have been dreaming about owning a bike with a sidecar, you better order now. lol   On the flip side they are building lots of trike's.  They call it the Boomer bike.

Then we headed over to Hersey, PA for the chocolate tour.  At the museum, it was very interesting to hear what Milton Hersey did in his life time.  He built Hersey as a company town, but with the interest of his employees in mind.  Neat place with chocolate all around you.  We all gained 5 pounds just walking around the place.
