Things to Do:
1. Wawel Castle - Castle in City
2. Kazimierz - Old Jewish District - so packed full of history, I'd recommend a tour - see the factory from Schindler's list, multiple synagogues, and the cemetary - this area also has lots of good bars for the evenings
3. Market Square - The Heart of the City - amazing and full of vitality - market in the center with crafts and famous Polish amber as well as the Curc of St. Adalbert and St. Mary's Church - always tons of people around here - I could have sat here all day long and just soaked up the atomosphere
4. Ring Streets sourround the city center in true Hapsburg form
Krakow was one of my favorite cities! We found it to be a vibrant city with plenty to do and a hearty nightlife. Like Prague, it was home to many stag parties. To make things more interesting, we visited during the annual Jewish Festival, where we got to attend lectures and listen to Klezmir music. Krakow is very cheap. I definately recommend a visit!!!
