THANK YOU LORD FOR A WONDERFUL
TRIP. I BELIEVE EACH TRIP GETS
SWEETER THAN THE ONE BEFORE
IT COULD BE BECAUSE OF OUR AGES. I
HAVE TURNED SIXTY THIS BIRTHDAY.
THIS TRIP WAS MY BIRTHDAY PRESENT
FROM MY HUBBY. WE REALLY DID HAVE
A GOOD TIME. ACTUALLY WE SPENT A
LOT MORE TIME IN A CABIN THAN USUAL.
ENJOYED THE HOT TUB EACH NIGHT. I
STAYED UP AND WATCHED SOME
MOVIES I HAD BEEN WANTING TO
WATCH. WE WENT TO THE PLACES WE
REALLY WANTED TO SEE AND GO DO.
WE KNEW WE WANTED TO EAT AT THE
MILL AND THE DIXIE STAMPEDE. WE
ENJOY EATING AT THE MILL AND WE
WANTED TO GO AND SEE WHAT WAS
SO GREAT ABOUT THE DIXIE STAMPEDE.
WOW, THE ENTERTAINMENT WAS
WONDERFUL. MET SOME REALLY NICE
PEOPLE FROM MISSISSIPPI. THEY HAD A
BEAUTIFUL YOUNG NINE YEAR OLD
DAUGHTER WHO LOVES TO SING AND
THEIR TWO SONS. THE YOUNG GIRL
DOES WANT TO BE A SINGER. HER NAME
IS ABIGAIL. THE SERVICE WAS
EXCELLENT AND THE FOOD WAS
FABULOUS AND MORE THAN YOU COULD
EAT. THE APPLE TURNOVER MELTED IN
YOUR MOUTH. THE DINNER SHOW WAS
SO GOOD, FUN AND ENTERTAINING. THE
HORSES WERE ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL.
THEY ALSO HAD A NEAT GIFT SHOP. WE
BOUGHT AN INDIAN BABY DOLL AND A
LITTLE PONY PURSE. I BOUGHT A SPOON
FOR MY COLLECTION. WE, ALSO, WENT
HORSEBACK RIDING. THIS WAS SO MUCH
FUN. THESE HORSE WERE SO MUDDY.
I KNOW IT HAD RAINED ALL DAY THE DAY
BEFORE. DUE TO SEEING THE HORSES
AT THE DIXIE STAMPEDE, THESE HORSE
REALLY LOOKED ROUGH. MY HORSE WAS
THE LAST ON THE TRAIL AND SHE WAS
VERY GENTLE AND SEEMED TO BE VERY
CAREFUL WITH ME. I WAS RIDING BEHIND
HUBBY SO IT WAS FUN TO WATCH HIM RIDE.
OUR GUIDE TOLD US SOME HISTORY AND
INTERESTING TALES ON THE TRAIL. HIS
HORSE, THE LEAD HORSE, IS THE ONE I
SPENT TIME TALKING TO BEFORE THE
RIDE. SWEET HORSE, ALSO. ONE DAY WE
CROSSED OVER THE SMOKEY MOUNTAINS
AND WENT INTO THE CHEROKEE NATION,
IN NORTH CAROLINA. I GOT SOME EARRINGS
AND A N.C. SPOON FOR MY COLLECTION.
MOST EVERYTHING CLOSED DOWN AT 5:00
SO WE DIDN'T GET TO SEE MUCH. WE HOPE
TO GO BACK. WE, ALSO, ATE AT THE
GOLDEN CORAL...VERY GOOD. ALSO, WENT
TO THE RED LOBSTER. THIS IS THE FIRST
TIME ONE OF THEIR BISCUITS TASTED
DIFFERENT THAN ANY WE HAD EATEN
BEFORE...NOT QUITE AS GOOD FOR SOME
REASON. ONE MORNING HUBBY FIXED
BREAKFAST...WHICH IS ALWAYS A TREAT!
WE PLAYED POOL WHICH WAS FUN, ALSO.
GUESS WHAT NO CARDS. I MISSED PLAYING
BUT HUBBY I DO BELIEVE DID NOT. HAD MY
HERSHEY BARS AND PIG POPS, THOUGH
...YEAH! WE WENT TO GATLINBURG STRIP,
ALSO. WE TOOK BACK SOME FUDGE AND
TAFFY FOR THE KIDS IN OUR JUNIOR
CHURCH GROUP AT CHURCH. THIS
VACATION JUST WENT BY TO FAST! I WOULD
LIKE TO GO BACK AT CHRISTMAS TIME AND
GO BACK TO DOLLY WOOD ONE MORE TIME
...MAYBE WE WILL GET TO.  THANK YOU,
FATHER!
