We came back to Cusco, which by now felt like home, to clean up and rest in Hostel Familiar (which kept our stuff which we didn't need for the trek locked up).

We heard about the Inti-Rama festival and kept it in mind before continuing. In the morning we got up, went to the airport to catch our flight to Ariquipa. The flights, even though much better then the buses, were also a bit strange, especially the interior ones. You get a sandwich on board, which people put in their belongings. The flight was much cleaner, and much more civilized then any bus trip we took in Peru.
