On a pre-Disney (travel blog)trial run we took the kids on a hot, humid day to Sesame Place, besides the noble goal of "not sitting home" we wanted to see how they handle a fun day on their feet, standing in line, etc.
They passed with flying colors.
Sesame Place is a fun time, even though that day was busy as our season-pass-holding friend has ever seen it. We ate at the park, got souvenir plates & cups but didn't buy anything. Besides some uncomfortable situation with a woman who couldn’t stand seeing a four-year-old going to the bathroom and coming back to her previous place in line, the day went fine.
One warning – Sesame Place is a theme park and priced as such (Dinner was about $60 for two adults and four kids and included mac & cheese and sandwiches).
